Customer’s Needs: As this is a nightclub health and safety and customers comfort is a priority.
Solution
Anti-slip floor coverings were required to minimise drink spill slip hazards.
Edges on steps also needed anti-slip gradus stair nosing. This fitting is ideal for bars, nightclubs and restaurants where customers need to step over more than one level – whether a simple step up/down or a flight of stairs.
The dance floor was covered with Polyflor Weathered Oak Expona flooring. This surface is textured to add slip resistance. Also we always aim to combine considered advice with the need to give our customers the look and effect they want. The customer liked the look of the floor covering. The flooring is also durable to stand up to all those dancing heels!
Throughout the installation we applied an iterative approach to the project, being adaptable and flexible to any changing client needs.
Area Covered
Approximately 600 square metres of commercial flooring was supplied and fitted over two floors.
